Robert Caverly “CMOS RFIC Design Principles”
Artech House Publishers

Recently, there has been a major push to integrate circuitry and digital signal processors on a single chip to improve wireless digital transmission. CMOS (complementary metal oxide semiconductor) is a key digital integrated circuit technology that is widely used throughout the wireless communications industry. This practical resource offers comprehensive, expert guidance on designing CMOS RF integrated circuits. Professionals get complete design details on elemental and advanced CMOS RF circuits, from low noise amplifiers, general gain amplifiers, mixers, and oscillators, to voltage controlled oscillators, phase lock loops, frequency synthesizers, and power amplifier architectures. Engineers also find a review of RF system fundamentals and definitions of terms widely used in the field. This accessible reference includes numerous examples that clearly illustrate and support important topics throughout the book. This work includes a CD-ROM, which contains various demonstration and student versions of CAD tools, CAD layouts, and measured RF data on select RFIC circuits.

I’m PhD Candidate, I’m working on a design of an RF Mixer with a 65nm CMOS Technology, please I need the file of designkit of TSMC 65nm CMOS this for inserting in on my ADS library to finish the conception. I’m doing research and I dont find it here in Morocco until this time Please would you send it to me?
If you need a proof of my studies and that I m registered on PhD i can send it .
    Thank You in advance
